The Next Generation Waits
Use your expertise and experience to help one entrepreneur or undergraduate navigate his or her chosen career more easily.
After a successful application and a match with one of our applicants, you will be expected to instruct and guide him or her on a range of task-based projects, designed to incite creative solutions to the expected pitfalls of the chosen career.
The mentorship program is 6 months for the undergraduates and 3 months for the entrepreneurs, and the entire program will be on a schedule convenient to you and your mentee. A report on your mentee’s progress and a review of your mentorship (done by PFF’s Selection Committee) concludes the process.
A Mentor Badge will be presented to you by the Foundation – a token of our gratitude, and a reminder of how you’ve made the world one person better.
You do not have to be a CEO or MD to successfully groom or mentor someone.
A considerable level of mastery and experience in your field, and a willingness to guide others is all that is needed.
